Service

Here at Cape Fear Harley-Davidson we strive to provide the most professional accurate and efficient service and repairing that you will find in our area. Don't take your bike to just any old shop. Take it to the professionals; you and your bike deserve the very best. All of our service professionals are factory trained, and are part of an ongoing training regiment required by Harley-Davidson. We strive to stay current on all of the new technology that makes up the quality motorcycle that you ride.

When scheduling your appointment please remember that we will need your bike for the entire day of the scheduled appointment. You are welcome to drop off before your appointment day if you choose. We will need you to be here no later than 9:00 am the day of your appointment if you require your bike back the same day. As always, we will notify you when your bike is completed and ready to be picked up.

Remember, Saturdays here at Cape Fear Harley-Davidson are an open call day, no appointment needed. We will take in as many bikes as we can work on that day, in the order that you arrive. Bikes dropped off that exceed our work limit will be worked in the following week.

If you are not able to make an appointment or arrive on Saturday morning you are welcome to drop your bike any time and we will work it into our schedule as we are able, however we will not be able to give you a solid promise of completion time.

Our maintenance services are the most comprehensive that you will find anywhere. We strictly follow all maintenance requirements for each model motorcycle as provided by Harley-Davidson. If it is more than a service that you desire, we are a full service shop. We can help you with all of your concerns weather you may be broken down or it is time for that major upgrade we are qualified to see you and your bike through the journey. Some of the things that you may be thinking about doing like, custom paint, custom wheels a new set of ape hangers or that big inch motor we are the shop that can help you build the bike of your dreams.
