"I purcheased a 2008 Softail Deluxe on Valenitines Day....John our salesman was so helpful in the selection process...even when i came back the next day to do the paperwork on a bike i picked the day before...He had it prepped and ready....Then i changed my mind....!!!....not a problem....Have purchased a HD windshield and HD backrest...since then...the parts department was courteous and very knowledgable....gave me some good advice on purchasing some torques for the installation...No need to go out of town...Cape Fear HD is the place to be... "I came in and picked out the bike I wanted a 2008 Fatboy on a wednesday...Thursday I came in to sign the papers...I decided I liked another bike better a 2008 FLSTN Softail Deluxe...wasn't a problem...redid the paper work and signed off on everything...I returned Friday morning and drove away wishing I had done this much sooner....Has been two weeks now and just reaching the break in 500 miles...everyone is commenting on how nice my bike is...I ride it every chance I get....Already making upgrades...getting a detachable backrest and a detachable windshield...waiting on the March 15th sale....Looking forward to meeting new friends....Ron"

"Gayle and John were awesome, I got a hold of Gayle via e-mail because I'm currently in Iraq. I was ordering a bike for my wife Syndi, a 1200 XL Custom purple. Syndi went into the Dealership and sat on a Streetbob and I talked to her that night and she said she would rather have a streetbob, so I called Gayle and she switched up the order for me for no charge because the 1200 was a special order because of the color, so there might be a purple sportster sitting in the show room right now. Galyle ordered a Dark Denium Blue Streetbob in for my wife. John was the salesman and he did a awesome job getting all the right accessories on the bike my wife wanted at a great price. The greatest thing about this there was no stress in this transaction, I did everything over the internet and it was cheaper then buying it through AAFES. My wife went in with the power of attorney and signed all the paperwork and rode off into the sunset with out any doubt we got the best deal in the world.
